PRODUCED IN UTIEL,
A PICTURESQUE CITY

Our brand Sierra de Utiel takes its name from the formidable mountains located in the inland of the province of Valencia, and so paying tribute to the origins of the family that founded the company in 1885 in Utiel. At the beginning of the 17th century, King Felipe IV granted Utiel the title of city, with a long history dating back to the Roman Empire.

PACKAGING

It is available in multiple gourmet formats, from small glass bottles to 5L tins. On the other hand, we also offer formats more focused on the HORECA channel.

THE ORIGIN

A blend elaborated for four generations from the olives of the Arbequina, Picual & Cornicabra. The most traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil linked to our childhood memories.

THE TASTE

It is an intensely fruity oil, with balanced touches of bitter and spice. Light green in colour. It is ideal as a dressing and for cooking food, demonstrating its importance in our gastronomy.

QUALITY

The production process begins at the oil mill, where we extract the EVOO using mechanical processes to obtain a 100% natural oil. During the whole process, we follow international quality standards.
