We continue growing with great enthusiasm!
ALMAZARA ACEITES DE LAS HERAS
We start the process of olive oil.
1st stage – Reception and selection of the olives.
The mill receives the olives and the first thing we do is check that the olives are healthy.
2nd stage – Cleaning and washing of the olives.
The second stage is cleaning to remove the leaves, small stalks, dust… The olive is weighed and samples for the relevant analysis. Then the olives are washed.
